How to set up and reach your goal

We all have dreams! There is probably no person on Earth who hasn't had desires. However, in most cases, those desires remain just wishes, unattainable dreams. Yet, there is one thing that makes these desires real for our brains - goal setting or establishing objectives.


A burning desire to achieve something evokes positive emotions within us and activates our motivation. It gives us strength and enthusiasm to move forward, even in challenging moments. Setting goals is what makes it possible for us to overcome the depression that arises from insufficient serotonin levels in our bodies.


Therefore, goals play a significant role in our mental well-being. They help us experience pride in our achievements and gain recognition in society. Goals have an impact on our emotional state, providing us with a sense of satisfaction and joy.

There are 5 levels of setting up a goal.

1.The emotional level is crucial in goal setting. Goals originate from our desires and dreams. It is our passionate desire to accomplish something that motivates us to take action. Emotions stimulate our brain and contribute to the release of dopamine, the hormone of motivation.

2.The level of thinking is the subsequent step. We visualize our goal, vividly imagining it with vibrant imagery, sounds, and sensations. This process activates our brain and assists us in finding ways to achieve the goal.

3.The level of intention is a critical stage. We identify the resources we will need, as well as the timeframes and efforts we are prepared to invest. It is important to understand why pursuing this goal is personally meaningful. This provides us with motivation and confidence in our abilities.

4.The level of the material world is the point where we make our goal more tangible. We establish achievement criteria, define timelines, and set quantitative and qualitative measures of success.

5.Lastly, we have the level of action. We break down the main goal into smaller sub-goals and create a specific action plan to accomplish them. Now that you are acquainted with the fundamental levels of goal setting, you can effectively work towards any of your desires.

If you decide to move towards a goal, ask yourself if you're sure you're moving in the right direction.


How do you set up goals in a right way?

Here's the short guidance!


✍️Dive into your dreams.

Take the time to identify and understand your dreams and aspirations. What is it that truly excites and motivates you? By exploring your deepest desires, you can set goals that align with your passions and values.


✍️Broaden the boundaries of consciousness.

Expand your perspective and think beyond your current limitations. Allow yourself to dream big and believe that anything is possible. Embrace the idea that your goals can be extraordinary and aim for greatness.


✍️Create your ideal world.

Visualize your ideal future and imagine every detail. Develop a clear vision of what success means to you. This vision will serve as your guiding light throughout your journey towards achieving your goals.


✍️Wish everything at once. While it's important to dream big, it's equally crucial to focus your efforts on what truly matters. Define a key goal that represents your ultimate aspiration and identify five side goals that contribute to its attainment. By prioritizing and narrowing your focus, you can direct your energy towards what's most important.


✍️Be realistic with sub-goals.

While your overall goal may be ambitious and challenging, break it down into smaller, realistic sub-goals. These sub-goals should be achievable within a specific timeframe and with the resources available to you. This approach ensures that you make progress step by step, boosting your confidence along the way.


✍️Ensure personal significance

It's crucial that your goals hold personal significance. They should reflect your own dreams and aspirations, rather than external pressures or expectations. When your goals are meaningful to you, your motivation will remain strong, even during challenging times.


✍️Write down your motivations

Take the time to articulate why your goals are important to you. By writing down your motivations, you create a tangible reminder of why you started this journey in the first place. Refer to these reasons whenever you need a boost of inspiration.


✍️Reward your progress

Celebrate each milestone you achieve along the way. Establish small rewards for yourself as you make progress towards your goals. This positive reinforcement will keep you motivated and excited to continue pushing forward.


✍️Practice self-praise

Encourage yourself and maintain a positive mindset. Acknowledge your efforts, progress, and achievements. Self-praise generates confidence and fuels your determination to keep going. Remember, a positive mindset is a powerful driving force.


✍️Stay adaptable and flexible

💥Define a key goal and five side goals that should contribute to the main goal.

💥Don't clog your brain with a huge number of actions you have to start on Monday:

get up at 4 in the morning, earn a billion in a month, lose weight, quit smoking, etc.

💥Don't spread yourself into all of it at once.

💥Focus on what's important.

💥Remember-the overall goal should be unrealistic, but the sub-goals should be very realistic.


✨Some people are afraid to dream about something they think is unrealistic.

For example, an outstanding success. But the more unrealistic the dream, the higher you can climb on your way up to it!

And here are the steps of that goal to be realistic within a specific time frame and your resources.


⚠️Important:

💎The goal must be important to you,otherwise your motivation will quickly come to naught.

💕It's not your parents' dreams, not dreams that American marketers came up with, but your personal ones.

✍️Write down the real reason for your aspirations and don't forget about it.

Otherwise, nothing will work!

🏆 Reinforce your actions with small rewards. Reward yourself for completing each step!

👑Praise yourself and never scold yourself. It's much more motivating than negativity.
